The market of Nuestra Señora de África with its graceful colonial ambience attracts visitors every Sunday keen to explore its popular antiques market. Traditional bars and eateries can be found in the popular Calle de la Noria which is also home to the headquarters of some of Tenerife’s most important groups of carnival street musicians.

Playa de las Américas

Situated in the south of the island not far from Los Cristianos the resort is Tenerife’s biggest resort and has definitely lots of clubs and so one can party all night long. The Veronicas strip, the Patch and the Starco Commercial Centre are good places to start when looking for nightlife and lots of pubs, restaurants and restaurants and for shopping head for Las Americas Avenue. The golden sandy beaches are artificial and so have yellow sand which makes it a very pleasant experience.

Puerto de la Cruz

Situated to the North West, Puerto de la Cruz is the major resorts here. As a traditional resting place it offers a wide range of authentic experiences. Santa Úrsula

Situated on the north eastern side of Tenerife the beautiful authentic town of Santa Ursula is a fantastic base from which to explore one of the most scenic regions on the island. Fertile valleys and hills, nature reserves and the distant backdrop of Mount Teide provide stunning sightseeing as well as hiking and walking opportunities. Shopping in Santa Ursula is mainly focused around arts and crafts stores which are excellent for souvenir hunting combined by the proximity of Puerto de la Cruz.
